Very helpful and productive. Author's disclaimers are appropriate. Simply written. Concise. Informative.On a personal note, for those of us who struggle with allergies, any information is helpful. I had sinus allergies for 10+ years, since high school. My regular doctor prescribed several approaches, none of which worked for me. All I did was use sinus spray a lot. I was addicted to it actually, cause it worked...for a while at least.
Yet one trip to an alternative medicine doctor determined I had 5 times the amount of heavy metals in my blood (most likely from drinking water over the years before bottled water became so popular) along with other blood chemical conditions caused most likely by a diet of fast food, lack of exercise and stressful jobs. He educated me to the body's chemical sensitivity to stress, diet, family genes, water intake and other issues. He also referred me to a coupe of books to read to help me note just take his word for it but learn from AMA studies and credible medical sources. He prescribed a solution. I left.
I though he was nuts, but I tried his prescription because I was desperate. I drank some smelly potion of chemicals and distilled water twice a day which caused my urine to turn bright green for 2 weeks as he told me it would. It worked. Sinuses cleared up. Lower back pain went away. More energy. Felt better than I had in years. And my doctor could not explain it but was impressed by the results.
Alternative medicine and education worked for me, and for the over 100+ people w/allergies I have referred to alternative medicine doctors and resources like this book. In the end, my options were to either keep buying nose spray and other drugs, or learn about other options that worked for others.

I FOUND THIS EBOOK very helpful and to the point. Covering the basics of nutrient health . I have suffered from hives most of my life.
